Grilled tomato soup

Peel the skins of the tomatoes that we grilled (or we can optionally grill them in the oven) and pass them through the food processor. Put garlic and olive oil in the pan, heat it a little and add the mashed tomatoes. After adding vinegar and sugar, we continue cooking by adding vegetable broth slowly. Lastly add the pasta and cook it for another 10 minutes and serve it with fresh thyme and toasted farmers bread.
