320 GR. CARLISTON MACARONI PASTA
100 ML HEAVY CREAM
150 GR. GREEN PEAS
120 GR. SMOKED TURKEY BREAST
35 GR. ISPARTA TULUM CHEESE
Finely chop the shallots and saute them in a pan with olive oil. Add the peas and let them cook with the lid closed for 10/15 minutes. Then add smoked turkey and continue to cook by mixing. Put the pasta in boiling water, cook it and strain it. After straining, add cream and nutmeg to the sauce and mix it with the pasta. Serve it with cheese.
