400 GR. NETTLES
5 TBSP OF HAZELNUT
1 CLOVE GARLIC
OLIVE OIL
WHITE PEPPER

We clean the nettles thoroughly and cook them in a pan with very little water for 2 minutes. We put nettle, garlic, olive oil and hazelnuts and beat them to put them in the mortar without throwing away the water. If it has a hard consistency, we add a little bit of nettle juice. After boiling and draining our pasta, we put it into our pan and saute it with the nettle we have prepared and serve it.
