450 GR. PUMPKIN
200 GR. TURKISH BEEF BACON (PASTIRMA)
2 BUNCHES OF FRESH THYME
1 BAY LEAF
Clean the pumpkins and cut them into small cubes. Add salt, pepper, thyme, bay leaf and olive oil to the cut pumpkins and put them in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celcius and bake them for 15 minutes. In the meantime, boil the water in which we will cook the pasta, add salt, saute the bacon with a little olive oil in another pan and add the pumpkins that we took out of the oven. Drain the cooked pasta, put it directly into the pan with the pumpkin and mix the pasta with the sauce and serve it.
