Dilute the curd cheese with vegetable broth. Add salt, pepper, olive oil and grated nutmeg. Saute the chopped onion in a pan with a little olive oil. Add the cheese mixture you prepared to the pan. We add the boiled and strained pasta and the cleaned zucchini flowers and serve it.
