100 GR. SUCUK (turkish garlic sausage)

1 ONION

KESMÜK CHEESE

BUTTER

Directions


Chop the onions into small cubes, add them to the pan, frie them a little, add the sausages and thinly cut spinach. Close the lid and leave on low heat until the spinach is cooked. At the same time, throw the pasta into boiling salted water and cook it. After the pasta is cooked, strain it and mix it with the spinach mixture, put it on a plate, decorate it with cheese and serve.
