300 GR. ZUCCHINI
300 GR. SHRIMP
1 GLASS HEAVY CREAM
1 CLOVE OF GARLIC
Clean the shrimps. Chop the zucchini into small cubes. Saute the zucchini in a pan with olive oil, black pepper and salt. Put the sautéed zucchini into a food processor until you’ll get a thick sauce. Again in the same pan, add the garlic and olive oil and saute the shrimps. At the same time, boil the pasta in plenty of salted water and strain it. Combine the pasta with the prepared zucchini cream. Serve it with shrimps and a few drops of cream.
