Cut the zucchini, tomato, potato and olive into small cubes. Soak the turmeric in hot water. Put the garlic in the pan with olive oil, heat it and add the onions that were chopped in cubes. Cook the zucchini and potatoes for 10 minutes and then add the tomato. At the same time, throw the pasta into boiling water and cook it. Add olives and saffron into the pan and cook for 5 minutes more. Lastly, add the finely chopped parsley and drain the boiled pasta, combine it with the sauce and serve.
