320 GR. CARLISTON MACARONI PASTA
1 CLOVE OF GARLIC
2 HOT RED PEPPER
400 GR. TOMATO PUREE
40 GR. CAPERS
5 GR. PARSLEY
OLIVE OIL
BLACK PEPPER
SALT
Finely chop the onion andthe red hot pepper. Saute both with olive oil. Add the tomato puree. When the sauce is drained, add capers and salt and pepper. Mix it with the pasta. Serve it with finely chopped parsley.
